Jim Grenier

Wellesley, MA Maloney Properties has promoted Jim Grenier to regional vice president. As Maloney expands their services to new communities across the Northeast, they are thrilled that Grenier will continue to bring a broad skillset to the team, including strong leadership and organizational capacity, comprehensive and detailed industry knowledge, and innovative approaches to problem solving.

Grenier joined Maloney in 2009 and in his 13 years with the organization has overseen a large portfolio of complex, scattered site affordable housing properties and commercial space.

Grenier has an extensive background in real estate and construction management with expertise in the management of various federal, state and municipal affordable housing programs.
