Congratulations to Don Mancini, SIOR of Kelleher & Sadowsky of Worcester for earning his SIOR designation.
Mancini currently serves as vice president of Kelleher & Sadowsky specializing in commercial, industrial and investment sales and leasing in the greater Worcester County market. He was named a CoStar Power Broker for 2003, 2004 and 2007 which is given to only the top 25 commercial real estate brokers in Massachusetts for leasing activity. He has consistently completed over $30 million in sales and leasing volume annually within the secondary market of Worcester. His transactions of note include a 292,000 s/f, $11.8 million sale/leaseback for Morgan Construction; a build-to-suit for Interline Brands of 210,000 s/f; a sale of 67 Millbrook St. 225,000 s/f office building for $10.5 million; sale of 640 Lincoln St. consisting of 139,000 s/f for $6.3 million; and the sale of 300 Grove St., a 17,500 s/f medical surgical center for $4.8 million.
Mancini also serves as a member of the Town of Holden Finance Committee; board of directors of Training Resources of America, Inc.; member of Worcester Young Businessman's Association and is the past president; and is an emergency foster care parent for the Dept. of Social Services. He holds a BA from Saint Anselm College and also holds a CCIM designation.
