Mancinone and Horvath of Marcus & Millichap broker $2.61m sale
Adam Mancinone and Robert Horvath of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services have brokered the sale of 33 & 35 Nicholson Rd. The two buildings sold for $2.61 million and Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyer, an affiliate of Babcock & Brown Parallel Industrial, an owner and operator of light industrial properties within the continental United States, and the seller.
The property, constructed in 1991, is comprised of two buildings totaling 52,200 s/f on 13 acres of land. Located approximately 1/4 of a mile from Bradley International Airport, the property is currently improved by three tenants and had one vacancy at the time of sale.
