Mancinone, Barbarisi, Horvath and Tremblay of M&M complete $3.35 million sale

Adam Mancinone, Blake Barbarisi, Robert Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services have sold 3260 Berlin Tpke. for $3.35 million. Mancinone and Barbarisi, of the firm's New Haven office, represented the seller and Horvath and Tremblay, of the firm's Boston office, represented the buyer in the transaction. The asset consists of two single tenant buildings. The first is a 3,994 s/f Single Tenant I-HOP on a long-term net lease, and the second is a 6,484 s/f single tenant Plaza Azteca, also on a long-term net lease. Both buildings sit on a 2.33 acre parcel. The property is an out-parcel to a Lowe's Home Improvement Center, and is located directly across the street from a newly constructed Target.
