MANSARD finalizes $2.35m office bldg. sale

Reading, MA MANSARD finalized the $2.35 million sale of an 18,000 s/f office property between Carter & Coleman Realty Trust and C&S Capital Properties LLC. MANSARD represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction.

248 Main St. is a multi-tenant office property. The property is one of the newest office properties in the city, offering ADA access, ample parking, and excellent visibility with proximity to the I-93/95 interchange and the Boston Commuter Rail Station.

MANSARD president and commercial real estate advisor, Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM, said, “Many people wonder what the future of office properties will be as we emerge from the COVID pandemic. The sale of 248 Main St. demonstrates the resilience of the 128 suburban office market as investors like C&S Capital Properties see an opportunity to capture growing demand for workplaces closer to employee homes.”
