Reading, MA MANSARD represented R.J. Finlay & Company in 4,600 s/f lease. R.J. Finlay has signed a new lease with Elite Freestyle Karate for 4,600 s/f at 30 Haven St.
30 Haven St., the first 40R mixed-use project completed in the state, is home to Pediatric Dental Associates, Zinga Frozen Yogurt and Pamplemousse. It also contains 54 rental apartments above the 20,000 s/f of street-level retail space.
