Manson joins Hinckley Allen as an associate

Molly Manson

Boston, MA Hinckley Allen has hired Molly Manson as an associate in the construction and public contracts group. Manson joins Hinckley Allen from Donovan Hatem LLP.

Manson’s practice will focus on construction litigation. She has represented insurers, corporate entities, and individuals on a broad array of cases involving design and construction defects, environmental conditions, employment discrimination, breach of contract, and professional malpractice.

Manson earned her J.D. at the Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.S. from Suffolk University, magna cum laude. Previously, Molly worked as a law clerk in Liberty Mutual Insurance Company’s in-house litigation department. While in law school, she clerked for a small transactional firm as well as a pharmaceutical company. In these roles, Molly assisted in contract review and drafting, legal research and writing, and legal, regulatory and compliance support. Molly also had the opportunity to serve the Honorable Mark S. Coven as a judicial intern. She is also a member of the Boston Bar Association.
