Manuel named managing director and Tulsi named associate at Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate

 

 

Westport, CT Charlie Manuel and Erika Tulsi have joined the Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) team.

Manuel, managing director, is a veteran retail real estate agent with over 25 years of experience in both the Connecticut and South Florida markets. Prior to joining SCRE, Manuel was with CBRE Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices where he represented landlords, tenants and private clients in investment sales. Manuel’s experience also includes representing national retail tenants such as JP Morgan Chase Bank, Cold Stone Creamery, Sally Beauty Supply and Quiznos in securing locations aligned with long-term market strategies. Manuel is based in Miami, and will continue to grow the SCRE brand statewide.

Tulsi, associate, brings over a decade of experience in business development, partnerships, and strategy across the finance, wellness, and lifestyle sectors. Most recently, Tulsi led partnerships at Ness, a healthy credit card startup where she identified, negotiated, and launched strategic collaborations with health and wellness brands including Sweetgreen, Parsley Health, HigherDOSE, Exhale Spa, and Solidcore. Tulsi is based in Brooklyn, and in addition to conventional brokerage, will play a lead role in SCRE’s emerging brand development offering advisory services to emerging, expanding retailers.
