Michael Manzo, partner at The Manzo Company, completes 2,254 s/f lease at Walpole Station Business Center, located at 55 West St. LPS Design Associates, Inc. leased the space. The property is owned and managed by The Manzo Co., Tambone Investment Group and Old Hill Partners.
