Maplewood Senior Living receives Reputation’s 800/900 Award for customer satisfaction

Westport, CT Maplewood Senior Living, a trailblazer in transforming the senior living landscape, has been recognized by Reputation, a global leader in reputation experience management, with its 800 and 900 Awards.

One of the highest achievements a business can earn, Reputation’s 800 and 900 Awards highlight those that put customer experience at the very core of their strategy, and are driven by the voice of the customer to succeed.

Locations that win the 800 and 900 Awards consistently collect, understand and apply any and all feedback so that they can make data-driven decisions to ensure that the customer will have the best possible experience. Maplewood Senior Living had 15 locations recognized with the 2026 800 and 900 Awards.

“Earning awards for so many of our locations is a meaningful validation of the systems and culture we have built around listening to our residents and their families,” said Shane Herlet, co-CEO at Maplewood Senior Living. “We pride ourselves on a highly proactive, data-driven approach to feedback, using real-time insights to continuously refine our services and elevate the day-to-day experience across our communities.”

To determine 800 and 900 Award honorees, Reputation pulls a list of the Reputation Scores for every business location on the Reputation platform. Those that are honored will have achieved a score of 800 or higher due to their focus on high customer satisfaction throughout the past year.

“Exceptional customer experience doesn’t happen by accident — it’s a choice. Maplewood Senior Living has shown a relentless commitment to their reputation, placing them among an elite group of leaders who prioritize the customer voice above all else. They aren’t just hitting targets; they’re building lasting relationships.” Kristi Melani, chief marketing officer at Reputation.

The Reputation Score is a proprietary tool that measures review sentiment, volume, spread, recency, response, and length, along with brand reach and health, social engagement, business listing accuracy and search impressions.
