West Haven, CT Marcus & Millichap (MMI) negotiated the sale of Colonial Court and The Foundry, a 69-unit apartment property according to John Krueger, regional manager of the firm’s New Haven office. The asset sold for $8.3 million.
The Nolletti Group of Marcus and Millichap based in New Haven, Eric Pentore and Wes Klockner had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Foundry Colonial Owner, LLC. The buyer, Colonial Foundry Ventures, LLC was secured and represented by the team as well.
Pentore said, “The West Haven apartment market has performed very well historically, and most especially over the past 9-12 months. The town benefits from its proximity to Core New Haven, Milford, and Fairfield County.”
Colonial Court and The Foundry is located at 842 1st Ave. The property has 76,208 rentable s/f.
