Marcus & Millichap sells two apartment buildings for $1.8m

Adam Mancinone and Robert Horvath of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services of New Haven were the sole brokers in the sale of two buildings in southern Connecticut totaling $1.8 million. The first property at 82 Pequonnock St. in Bridgeport is a 23-unit apartment building located in the Rte. 8 corridor. The building which consists of 13 studios and 10 1-bedroom apartments was sold for $1 million. The buyer and seller, both represented by Marcus & Millichap, were Connecticut based investors. The second property, 205 Elm St. in West Haven, is a 13-unit apartment building located close to the West Haven Green. The building consists of 12 one-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment. Again, both the buyer and seller were represented by Marcus & Millichap.
