Marcus & Millichap welcomes Quinn

Alex Quinn

Boston, MA According to Marcus & Millichap, Alex Quinn has joined the company as an associate. In his new position, he will be responsible for investment sales of middle-market shopping centers throughout New England alongside Jim Koury of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division.

“We’re very happy to welcome Alex as we increase our capacity to serve the region’s retail investors,” said Tom Shihadeh, regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. “A Boston native with a strong track record of working with national and local retail clients, Alex’s strong market knowledge and familiarity with the trends and developments within the Northeast’s ever changing retail investment landscape will greatly benefit our clients.”

Quinn began his career at The Dartmouth Co. and was most recently on the retail advisory and transaction services team at CBRE. Some of his recent closings include Reformation, Patagonia, and Bluestone Lane. He has also worked with Allbirds, Oath Pizza, Topdrawer, and State & Liberty, among others. Recently honored with Connect Media’s Next Generation Award as Boston’s Go-To Retail Advisory Expert, Quinn graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a B.S. degree in economics and history. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and ICSC’s Next Generation committee.
