Marcus Partners elevates Ferrucci to senior vice president of asset management

Boston, MA According to Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm, Michael Ferrucci is now senior vice president of asset management. Ferrucci will lead asset management and portfolio strategies in the Boston region, with a goal of achieving superior performance for each asset and the portfolio as a whole. He joined Marcus Partners in January 2018 and has been an integral part of the acquisition team’s transactions in the Metro Boston and New York markets. Most recently as vice president, investments, he has been involved in the company’s acquisition strategy: sourcing, analyzing, financing and acquiring investment opportunities.

“Mike has been a core player for us and his new role emphasizes our team’s focus on cross training and teamwork across different disciplines,” said Peter Cameron, head of assets at Marcus Partners. “His recent success in working within multiple disciplines across multiple markets and product types positions him well for this opportunity where we expect he will continue to thrive.” 

Before joining Marcus Partners, Ferrucci worked for AEW Capital Management in the direct investments group with a focus on industrial, multifamily, and office properties along the East Coast. 

He received a B.S. from Catholic University and is an active member of NAIOP, SIOR and REFA.
