According to Paul Marcus, managing principal of Marcus Partners, a Boston, Mass.- based real estate investment and development firm with offices in Conn. and Fla., will open a new Marcus Partners Connecticut office on April 1.
Marcus Partners principal David Fiore will lead the office located in the Wilton Corporate Park at 64 Danbury Rd. Fiore has over 25 years' experience in the investment, development and management of commercial real estate. Joining Fiore's team will be John Busby, regional asset director, and Marsha Glazebrook, marketing director. All three have worked together at Davis Marcus Partners for the past 13 years and have led the acquisition, development, repositioning and management of more than two million s/f of commercial properties in Connecticut and New York.
