Marcus & Millichap broker sale of 83,271 s/f self-storage facility in Norwood, Mass.

Norwood, MA Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Extra Space Storage (managed), a 83,271 s/f self-storage facility, according to Michael Glass, regional manager of the firm’s Columbus office.

Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured by Nathan Coe, Hatcher and Gabriel Coe. Tim Thompson, regional manager, broker of record for the firm’s Boston office assisted in closing this transaction.

Extra Space Storage (managed) is located at 1450 Boston Providence Tpke. The facility was opened in the fall of 2016 and had already achieved an economic occupancy of 85%. There are 1,011 climate controlled units.
