Margulies Perruzzi Architects completes office design for Baystate Financial Services

The office at 100 William St. features a combination of offices and workstations with an open café in the middle of the space. A 600 s/f sales training center was designed for Baystate Financial's training program, and a "touchdown" suite offers hoteling space for visitors, clients, and executives traveling from other offices. The color palette features neutrals in tan and gold, and glass on the office fronts distribute natural light into the space. The custom millwork doorframes in dark cherry lend an air of sophistication to the space as well.

Equity Office Properties is the landlord of 100 William St. The project team included Gary K. Rubin and Associates for construction management, and C3 (Commercial Construction Consulting, Inc.) for mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering.
