Marquez and Geenty of The Geenty Group broker $1.16 million sale of a 26,000 s/f warehouse facility

The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of a 26,000 s/f warehouse facility on 1.65 acres at 48 North Branford Rd. The buyer is IBE, LLC. They have been producing high quality products for more than 50 years. Juan Marquez of The Geenty Group, was the buyer's agent. The seller was Palmer Realty. Kevin Geenty, SIOR was the agent for the seller. The purchase price was $1.16 million.
