Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate Commercial Division and Michael Carucci of Group Boston Real Estate have master leased the entire building at 254 Newbury St. to One World Cuisine. The 6,200 s/f building will be the new home of a new venture by One World called Mumbai Chopstick. This restaurant will be a fusion of Asian and Indian cuisine. The two top floors of the building will be thier corporate headquarters for One World and the restaurant will take the lower level with patio seating and the upper parlor level floor. There is six parking spaces in the rear of the building that is incorporated with the master lease of this propery. Grand Opening for Mumbai Chopstick was in late April. One World also owns Mantra in downtown crossing Temple Place and Kashmire Ibdian Cuisine in the Back Bay on Newbury St.
