Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate and Stefan Frey of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors have sold a 700 s/f office condo at 234 Clarendon St. (corner of Newbury St.) in the city's Back Bay for $547,000.
The seller was Clark W. LLC and the buyer was Interior Design LLC.This unit is on the fourth floor with views of the Back Bay.
