Boston, MA Doug Marr of Keliher Real Estate Boston has sold The Church of The Immaculate Conception located at 530 Harrison Ave. in the city’s South End for $12.3 million.
The property is an entire city block at the corner of Harrison Ave. and East Concord St. The property has been approved for 182,000 s/f of 58 residential units and 25 garage parking spaces.
The seller was GTI Properties and Mainsail Management. The buyer R.S. Development plans high end residential apartments.
