Marr of Keliher Real Estate sells $550,000 retail condo
South Boston, MA Doug Marr, president of Keliher Real Estate’s commercial division, sold 103 Old Harbor St. for $550,000.
The retail condo, currently a convenience store, has 1,311 s/f of street level retail space and 1,014 s/f of basement storage.
New owner Ken Sarni will be opening Sani Cleaners, a dry cleaner and laundromat. This will be Sarni’s fourth location in the city.
