Marshall and McMahon of O,R&L Commercial broker $2.7m sale
O,R&L Commercial LLC and Interstate Realty Advisors have sold the former COMP USA property at 401 Boston Post Rd. for $2.7 million. The property is a free standing retail building consisting of 30,000 s/f on 3.06 acres.
The property was purchased by OSJ Group LLC of North Kingstown, R.I.
Phil Marshall and Tim McMahon of O,R&L represented the buyer. Steve Spector of Interstate Realty Advisors, Inc. represented the seller.
