Marshall of O,R&L Commercial brokers $1.35 million land sale - totaling 2.1 acres

New London, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has sold 2.1 acres located at 389 North Frontage Rd. for future redevelopment. The property transferred for a sale price of $1.35 million. Phil Marshall of O,R&L Commercial represented the buyer, Hampshire Venture Property LLC who plans to redevelop the parcel for a climate controlled self-storage facility. The seller, New London Property Development LLC was represented by Eastern Retail Properties.  

O,R&L Commercial, with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill, represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
