Marshall of O,R&L Commercial completes $365,000 sale in Redding

Redding, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC sold the 5,800 s/f retail/mixed-use building located at 5 Main St., directly across the street from the iconic Georgetown Saloon. The property sold for $365,000 and the new owner will turn the building into an artist studio and gallery.

Phil Marshall of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, People’s United Bank National Association and the buyer, Robert Marty was unrepresented.
