Westford Valley Marketplace - Westford, MAWestford Valley Marketplace is a 142,100 s/f open-air center that recently added a 43,000 s/f Whole Foods Market. Local response has been overwhelming. Wilder plans to build on the momentum of Whole Foods by undertaking a major rebranding, renovation, and remerchandising effort for the balance of the center. Existing tenants include JoAnn Fabric, CVS, Olympia Sports, The Paper Store, and Starbucks.
The center is located off I-495 in the northwest portion of the Boston trade area.

Westford Valley Marketplace is the third center that UBS has asked Wilder to manage. Others include The Source, a 250,000 s/f center in White Plains, N.Y. and Wayside, a 200,000 s/f open-air center in Burlington Mass.
