Manchester, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, sold a 5,000 s/f retail building located in downtown on the corner of Elm and Amherst Streets.

Doug Martin and Bryan Wright of Colliers’ Manchester office represented the sellers, a collection of family trusts, in this transaction. Tom Fini of Fini Real Estate Group, represented the buyer, Arnav Enterprises, LLC and ABP2016, LLP. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale closed at $900,000.

The principals Arnav Enterprises, LLC and ABP2016, LLP also own and operate Bunny’s Superette and plan to begin immediate renovations on the property. Formally occupied by CVS, the property will become a convenience store. Downtown Manchester has been lacking a local convenience store since CVS vacated the building, which makes this a welcome addition.
