The Wilder Companies to lease and manage Fairbanks Plaza in Keene

Keene, NH The Wilder Companies, the national retail real estate leasing, management and development firm, has taken on the leasing and management of Fairbanks Plaza. The contract was awarded by the center’s owner, Unison Realty Partners of Boston.

Fairbanks Plaza is a well-located 143,000 s/f open-air center featuring a mix of national and regional tenants including Kohl’s, Aldi, and Walgreens. In addition to Keene residents, the center serves the nearly 5,600 college students at Keene State College and Antioch University, and all the surrounding towns.

“We are pleased to once again be working with Unison Realty Partners,” said Ryan Feinberg, senior leasing representative.  “We look forward to the opportunity to build upon the center’s strong anchors and smaller shop tenants to enhance the merchandise mix for all trade area customers.”

Fairbanks Plaza is the fourth Unison Realty Partners center managed by Wilder.  Others include Wegmans Plaza, a 123,000 s/f center in Niagara Falls, N.Y.; Dover Crossing (N.H.) featuring Shaw’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petco, and Panera Bread; and Wareham Plaza in Mass. (recently sold).
