Martin of Colliers International leases 22,000 s/f to AmeriHealth Caritas at the Sundial Center in Manchester

Manchester, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, has leased 22,000 s/f at the Sundial Center to Ameri-Health Caritas. Doug Martin, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the landlord, SMC Management, in the transaction and Matt Whitworth of Northmarq Advisors in conjunction with James Murphy represented AmeriHealth.

AmeriHealth Caritas was recently added as a third managed care company to the government-funded health care program for low-income N.H. residents. The company said in a recent announcement that some employees will begin working at the new location this month with full occupancy expected in September.
