Merrimack, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, completed the sale of 446 DW Highway. Doug Martin, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, One Source Security in the sale of the 3,700 s/f office/flex building on .4 acres. One Source acquired a larger building along DW Highway, so were looking to sell this location. 

Gallagher Electric, Inc. purchased the high visibility property for $407,500, according to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds. 

“446 DW Highway offers excellent exposure and provides for future growth of the company,” said Abby Gallagher.
