Lefebvre of Elm Grove Realty sells Amherst Coach Apartments for $2.42 million
Nashua, NH Matthew Lefebvre of The Lefebvre Team at Elm Grove Realty, sold the Amherst Coach Apartments located at 82-92 Amherst St., for $2.42 million. Lefebvre representing both buyer and seller in the transaction.
The 11,226 s/f property is comprised of 22 residential apartments. A representative from the buyer, Amherst Place LLC, has stated that significant capital projects are planned for the property.
Financing was secured through Saint Mary’s Bank in conjunction with the Nashua Community Home Loan Fund.
