South Hamilton, MA The Massachusetts Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors congratulates C.E. Floyd Company, Inc. for receiving the Merit and Safety Awards at the 23rd annual Excellence in Construction Awards for their outstanding work on the Pingree School Athletic Center located in South Hamilton, Mass.

The Merit Award recognizes the overall excellence in project execution, craftsmanship, safety, innovative elements and challenges, and client satisfaction. C.E. Floyd Company took home the Merit Award, representing work that stands above the rest, for its work on the Pingree School Athletic Center. Construction scope of the work included a massive amount of site work including blasting. The foundations required large footings for steel columns and tie rods. C.E. Floyd does more than just build buildings. C.E. Floyd uses their expertise to guide their clients throughout the construction process. They listen to their clients to understand their problems and goals, then they work with them to find the best solutions so they can be successful. C.E. Floyd manages the budget, monitors the schedule and oversees quality control of each client’s project. They also speak at community meetings, give tours of the job site, perform educational demonstrations for students and participate in groundbreakings, topping off ceremonies, ribbon cuttings and other celebratory gatherings.
