Massirio of O,R&L sells 28,000 s/f multi-tenant building for $2.45 million
Farmington, CT Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the sale of 15 Executive Dr. for $2,450,000 million. The 1-story, multi-tenant 28,000 s/f retail building is on 3.37 acres. The building houses multiple tenants and the largest tenant, Malibu Fitness is moving out to make way for Legacy Church.
Massirio from O,R&L represented the seller, Powerhouse Partners LLC, while the buyer, Legacy Church, was represented by Jeff Rothman of EXP Realty.
Legacy Church is a multi-generational, multi-cultural church, founded in 2014.
