Matthews and Godin of Matthews Commercial completes $1.65 million sale
Gerry Matthews and Brian Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties have completed the sale of 643 Farmington Ave. The property consists of two buildings. The larger building containing 85,000 s/f was formerly occupied by WalMart while the 2,470 s/f building was occupied by Bank of America. The property consists of nine acres. The property sold for $1.65 million.
ECP New Britain LLC, the owner, was represented by Matthews and the buyer, AXELA Development Group LLC was represented by Godin.
Matthews Commercial Properties has been retained by AXELA Development to lease the property.
Lakeville, CT Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, a real estate firm serving Connecticut and New York City’s northern suburbs, has brokered the sale for $3.5 million of the Wake Robin Inn, a 15,800 s/f historic inn located on 11.52 acres at 106 Sharon Rd.
