Matthews Commercial and Drubner broker 8,000 s/f
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties representing the tenant and John Famiglietti of Drubner Commercial representing the landlord, have recently brokered a long-term lease of an 8,000 s/f manufacturing facility at 10 Realty Dr. The high bay warehouse facility is well located in close proximity to I-84 and I-691 highways.
The new tenant, FiberTech Networks, is relocating from their current Cheshire location and will be utilizing the facility for their service center and warehouse operation.
