Matthews was the sole broker involved in the sale of the property consisting of 2 parcels containing 8.9 acres and 6 buildings with both medical and retail tenants. The property sold for $1.3 million. The new owners, Pomeroy Enterprises LLC of Middlebury will be redeveloping the property. The property was formerly owned by Watts Southwest Corner LLC.

They are also involved in the ownership of Middlebury Edge, a 100,000 s/f medical facility as well as partial ownership in the former Timex World Headquarters on Park Road.
