Matthews Commercial leases 36,000 s/f at 400 Captain Neville Drive: Eemax Inc. represented by Micali of Capitalize 360 Group
Ed Godin Jr., SIOR and Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties, have represented the landlord, Cornerstone Realty, in the leasing of 36,000 s/f of manufacturing and office space at 400 Captain Neville Dr. The 200,000 s/f facility is located just off of I-84 at exit 25A near the Cheshire border and was recently acquired by Cornerstone. Matthews Commercial continues to market the 165,000 s/f of remaining warehouse or manufacturing space for the owners.
The new tenant, Eemax Inc., is relocating and expanded from their current Oxford, Conn. location and will be utilizing the facility for their manufacturing operation. Eemax Inc. is a U.S. brand of electric tankless waterheaters. The tenant was represented by Frank Micali of Capitalize 360 Group in Hampden.
