Matthews Commercial Properties brokers 10,000 s/f industrial lease
Ed Godin Jr., SIOR and Brian Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties recently represented the landlord, Terry Vitale Trustee of Donald Vitale Trust, and tenant, respectively, in the leasing of a 10,000 s/f industrial building at 178 Commercial St. The modern free standing facility is located just off Rte. 63 with I-84 and Litchfield County access.
The new tenant, JD Fiberglass, will be utilizing the facility for the production of a wide variety of fiberglass molded products.
