Matthews Commercial Properties completes $2.125 million sale
Southbury, CT Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties recently completed the sale of 555 Heritage Rd. for $2.125 million. The 25,100 s/f multi-tenant office building was fully leased. Matthews represented the seller, CD Resources and the buyer, RNL, LLC.
