Matthews of Matthews Commercial Propereties sells 4,364 s/f condo for $300,000
Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties brokered the sale of a 4,364 s/f industrial/office condominium located at 1486 Highland Ave., Unit 7A. Marie Bradbury sold the property for $300,000.
This unit was leased by Calvary Life Family Center for the relocation of their offices. During this past winter the church's roof had collapsed because of snow load and they are now making the move long term by purchasing the unit.
The owner was represented by Herb Canady of Lighthouse Realty & Development.
