Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties arranges $1.09 million sale
Gerry Matthews, partner of Matthews Commercial Properties recently completed the sale of 146 Highland Ave. The 7,600 s/f professional office building was built in 2009 and is fully leased to Saint Mary's Hospital, CoWorx and Albano and Greenwald Family Dentistry.
The property is located close to both I-84 and Rte. 8.
Matthews was the sole broker involved in the transaction. The property was purchased from 146 Highland Associates LLC for $1.09 million by Highland Ave Waterbury LLC and Cameron Holdings LLC.
