Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties brokers $2.4 million sale

Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties brokered the sale of a 37,000 s/f industrial building located at 1 Hillside Dr. The property sold for $2.4 million. Matthews was the sole broker relative to the sale of the building. The 37,000 s/f industrial building, which was built in 2005, is situated on 24 acres. The former tenant, Alden Manufacturing has now relocated to its sister facility in Wolcott. The property was owned by Silversword Property LLC. The new owner, Sequel Special Products LLC chose this property based on its location, ceiling heights and pristine condition. Sequel will relocate from their current location in Waterbury. Sequel provides a wide range of product development and contract manufacturing services to medical device and life science companies.
