Matthews of Matthews Commercial sells 12,724 s/f retail center for $1.237 million
Gerry Matthews, principal of Matthews Commercial Properties, completed the sale of 741-757 Wolcott St. Lauro Crest Plaza is a 12,724 s/f retail center on 1.14 acres. This is a fully leased retail center. Matthews represented the seller, Sunbeam Partners, LLC, and the buyer, Chin Min Kwok of New Jersey. The property sold for $1.237 million.
