Waterbury, CT Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties completes 22,000 s/f lease of industrial space at 500 Captain Neville Dr. The high bay garage space was most recently occupied by the city of Waterbury Department of Public Works as a fleet maintenance facility. The property is owned and managed by 500 Connecticut LLC, a local real estate development company largely controlled by the Albert Family. Jeff McLellan, a partner in 500 Connecticut LLC, coordinated the transaction.
Ed Godin of Godin Property Brokers represented the landlord while Matthews represented the tenant.
Cives Corp. of Alpharetta, GA, plans on locating into the facility this spring.
They are a leading provider of custom truck bodies and snowplowing equipment geared towards municipalities and state contractors.
