McCall & Almy negotiates 250,813 s/f for Bose Corp. at 9 Technology Drive

McCall & Almy negotiated a lease extension on behalf of Bose Corp. With a portion of its operations located at 9 Technology Dr. Bose will continue to be the sole tenant leasing 250,813 s/f of office space. By renegotiating early, Bose was able to stay at the convenient location of the intersection of Rte. 9 and I-495 with improvements that include a new roof, a new HVAC system, new energy management and upgraded fire alarm systems, as well as a tenant improvement allowance. The space is located seven miles from Bose's main headquarters at The Mountain in Framingham. The landlord, Wells REIT II - 9 Technology Drive, LLC., was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
