Omnicare Pharmacy of Maine, LLC has leased 15,413 s/f of production space at 39 Eisenhower Dr.
Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR, partner and Charles Day of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos company brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, 39 Eisenhower Assts LLC.
James Halepis of Equis Corporation represented the tenant.
