McDonald promoted to vice president at Erland Construction

Burlington, MA Erland Construction has promoted Sean McDonald to vice president. McDonald, who joined Erland in 2017, is a shareholder of Erland and serves as treasurer of the company’s board of directors. His proven track record in delivering high-quality results, fostering collaborative teams, and driving operational excellence aligns seamlessly with the company’s values and goals.

As vice president, McDonald will actively participate in Erland’s resource and growth planning, contributing to the execution of essential strategies and decisions as the company moves forward.

He has spent the past six (6) years progressing through various positions within the company to seamlessly integrate into this new role. McDonald also played an integral part in spearheading Erland’s transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
