Celerant Consulting is occupying a portion of the third floor in the class A, five-story, 449,900 s/f office building. According to McDonough, the company, which relocated from 45 Hayden Ave. in Lexington, realized favorable lease terms in a more accessible location.
The recently renovated building features a large, open atria with skylights, rooftop terraces, and a granite lobby.
The landlord, 404 Wyman LLC, was represented by Robert Borgman.
