McElroy and Black of CBRE Hotels arrange sale of 114-room Residence Inn by Marriott Hanover

Lebanon, NH CBRE Hotels completed the sale of the 114-room Residence Inn by Marriott Hanover located at 32 Centerra Pkwy. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The CBRE Hotels team of Dave McElroy and Tyler Black spearheaded the marketing for the asset and represented the seller in the negotiations. The team also procured the buyer.

“We are excited to have completed this unique assignment on behalf of our client,” said McElroy. “The Residence Inn is ideally situated within a diverse and lucrative submarket supported by an array of university, healthcare, technology and leisure demand. Dartmouth College, the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and the Centerra Business Park are two miles away.”

The extended-stay hotel is located near the confluence of I-89 and 91, two of the region’s primary thoroughfares. The Residence Inn offers facilities, including a fitness center, boardroom, redesigned outdoor patio and business center.
