McEvoy and Conrad of The Conrad Group negotiates sale of two buildings on York Ave. for $5.5 million

Randolph, MA The Conrad Group negotiated the sale of two industrial flex buildings in York Industrial Park. The buildings, located at 116-120 and 128-140 York Ave., consist of 50,000 s/f and 57,400 s/f respectively. The total site includes 7.88 acres of land. With visibility to Rte. 24, the buildings have a long history of high occupancy to quality tenants.

Jim McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, said, “These buildings are extremely well built and enjoy unparalleled visibility to Rte. 24, offering unique signage opportunities with great highway access.”

The properties are presently fully leased and the new owner, F.P. Giglio Properties, plan only minor changes. McEvoy exclusively represented the seller while he and Robert Conrad of The Conrad Group represented the buyer. According to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $5.5 million.
